OK - all teams are in and verified that they are not over budget (a few have come in under budget). Hopefully all teams are unique which also saves a lot of grief (if you spot any duplicates, please let me know).
How this is going to work is like so - each of your players will get one point for every game they play in, one point for every game they draw and three points for every game they win - that's basically 1 for a loss, 2 for a draw and 4 for a win. Your team's total will be the sum of your five players' points. If two teams have the same score, then goal difference will be the decider. If they still are the same, then they will be ordered by the Manager's name. If, at the end of the season, two teams are level on goal difference and points, then goals scored will be the decider - this column isn't included in the table as there is little chance that it will really be needed.
The table will be updated every Thursday morning after the Wednesday night game unless I am too busy or on holiday! Currently, there are some scores on the doors as I have included last week's match. No one knew I was going to do this - not even me - so it's quite fair. It was just too much effort to leave last week's game out. If anyone doesn't like this then tough! It's my game! ;) It's probably better that everyone chose their teams based on who they wanted rather then who played in the first game of the season anyway, and one game probably won't make any real difference by the time we get to December.
Mid way through the season (which is the end of June) there may be a transfer window but I'm not exactly sure how this will actually work, so come the time, there might not be any transfers at all.
So, the table has now been published and you can access it through the Stats/FFF link in the left hand menu. Best of luck to you all for the inaugural FFF competition - may the best manager win!
