I'm getting better! So there be the teams. Remeber it's pitch 7 tonight which should please Si and Gordo who like the pace of the sandy bugger.
Alan makes his comeback tonight after 10 weeks on the sidelines. He's going to avoid goal keeping duties this week just to be on the safe side.
