Return of the Gordo

Thursday, February 07, 2008

I'm not going to say much about last night's game in case I spit the dummy again but let's just leave it at terrible. The Tatties played well - always available for a pass and worked hard in defence too so thoroughly deserved their victory. Despite some good individual goals from Foxy and Kyle, and some continuous hard work from Grant, we were just too poor defensively.

Neil's back next week, Martie is in Iceland but Gordo has returned from his three month sabbatical! He claims to be fit after climbing mountains on three continents so we'll see if he remembers to bring his shooting boots next week. Unfortunately, it means there is no space for Andy for the first time this season - sorry Mr Hood!

Alright lads, I've been following your season from this side of the world. Nice to see that soem things don't really change - The Boy Stu at the top and Martie down at the bottom! Ha ha sorry mate. Anyways, I've started my own team in a Futsol league down here in Melbourne. It's called Inter-me-Nan and we're in the 3rd Division. Currently sitting pretty at the top of the league. For those of you that don't know I'll be back on June 14th and will be eligiable for Iain Younger's 6s comp if required!

Take it easy
